Gary L. Stepp

STEPP, Gary L., age 61, of Beavercreek, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2012, born October 29, 1950 to Edsel and Rosalee Stepp. Gary was a Vietnam veteran with the U.S. Marine Corps (Recon Division), having served from 1968 to 1970. He was a dedicated truck driver for Wal-Mart for 20 years. He is preceded in death by his father, Edsel Stepp and brothers-in-law, John Driskell and Jack Hinkle.

Gary leaves behind his mother, Rosalee; wife, Mary; son, Joshua and his wife, Alicia; grandchildren, Alexander and Raine; son, Justin; daughter, Carly; sister, Janiene and her husband, Bill Risley; sister, Janice Driskell; brother, Lewis and his wife, Mary K. Stepp, and sister, Judy Hinkle. Family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, with services following at 7:00 pm. Rev. Robert Bishop officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dayton Christian Schools.
