Gary I. Reed
Age 64, of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 1, 2011, at his home.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Charles A. & Mary E. (Spencer) Reed.

He is survived by his wife of the past 42 years, Karen S. (Badger) Reed; three children, Steven (Tammy) Reed; Stephanie Reed & Krista (Michael) Milisits; three grandchildren, Sophia, Caleb & Trey; one brother, Glenn (Becky) Reed; and by his extended family & many good friends.

Gary served as an Air Force pilot and retired from the U. S. Air Force as a Major with 20 years of service. He went on to become the owner/operator of Mastercraft Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Service. He was a 25-year member of the First Baptist Church of Dayton.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday (1/8) at the Presbyterian Church of Wilmington, 840 Timber Glen Drive, Wilmington, Ohio 45177. (Phone: 937-382-2185). A reception for family & friends will follow in the church fellowship hall.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Gary to World Vision – Haiti in care of First Baptist Church, 111 West Monument Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45402.
