Gary Alford Croley, age 69, of Centerville, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2015. He was born in Portsmouth to the late Eugene and Helen Croley.
Gary worked for many years for General Motors and also proudly served in the United States Air Force. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Joyce; and brother, Daryl.
Gary is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Nancy Croley; children, Eric (Lori) Croley, and Tonya (Jim) Simison; grandchildren, Nadia (Jared) Reed, Devin Croley, Marah Croley, Tayler Simison, and Robbie Simison; great-granddaughter, Leila Grace Reed; brothers, Rick (Terri) Croley, and Ed (Faye) Croley; special cousin, Gloria Budzak; and many other loving relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Dayton National Cemetery. Gary was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Gary's memory to the American Cancer Society or the Dayton VA Hospice.
