Gailene L. Idapence

Gailene L. Idapence, 92, of Beavercreek, passed away May 25, 2017. Gailene was born in Springfield, Ohio on March 23, 1925 to the late Gail and Mabelle Lobaugh. Gailene retired from Greene County Children's Services after several years of service. She was a member of Central Christian Church in Kettering for many years. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Gailene was preceded in death by her loving husband, Roy William Idapence, Jr.
She is survived by her sons, Raymond Idapence, William Idapence; daughter, Diane Kirwen; grandchildren, Erin Kirwen, Bryan Kirwen, Kylie Kirwen; and many special friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017 from 10:00 am-11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, where funeral services will begin at 11:00 am.
A private burial will be held at Ferncliff Cemetery in Springfield.
