Gail Lankford

LANKFORD, Gail, age 77, of Beavercreek, passed away on October 12, 2014.

Gail was born in Adams County, OH. She was employed around the world with the U.S. Air Force Civil Service and many years at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Milford Wolfe.

Gail is survived by her husband of 45 years, Clyde G. Lankford; children, Rick (Deb) Wolfe, Mike (Michele) Williams; step-children, Jerry, Cathy, and Scotty Lankford; siblings, Neal, Janice, and Tom; grandchildren, Billy, Cassie, Bryce, Cameron, Jordan, Chase, David, and Hunter; great grandchildren, Bennett, Skylar, and Brianna, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 - 6:00 pm on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, where a funeral service will follow at 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton or the American Cancer Society.
