G. Gary Neal

Neal, G. Garry, age 53, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. Garry attended Chaminade High School as part of the class of 1973. He was a life-long musician and vocalist with talent few could ever hope to possess. Most importantly, he was a beloved son, brother, and father who will be missed dearly. Remaining steadfast and strong to the very end, Garry showed great strength and courage--inspiring those who knew him to continue living in the same spirit. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Ms. Mary Lou Scott. Garry is survived by his mother, Ms. Julia Neal of Huber Heights, his daughter, Tracey (Dennis) Witten and grandson Branden. Garry leaves behind three brothers, Chuck, Frank, and Don, and two sisters, Maggie and Judy, along with many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 6161 Chambersburg Rd., Huber Heights, OH. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5-7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH.
