Franklin D. Roberson

Franklin D. Roberson, age 76, of Dayton, passed away June 22, 2022. He was born August 2, 1945 in Barberton, OH. Frank was preceded in death by his parents: Fred Roberson and Nannie Roberson; daughter, Robin Roberson; son, Frank Roberson, Jr.; and 5 siblings.

Frank is survived by his wife of 55 years, Maxine Roberson; children: Kenneth Smith (Stasha), Roger Roberson, Donna Baker (David) and Darlene Roberson (Danny Martin); grandchildren: Kenneth Smith, Jr. (Stephanie), David Baker, Jr., Red Nelson, Christina Masters (Ronnie), Tiffany Nelson, Michael Selby, Heather Selby, Frankie Nelson, Tabitha Powers and Hailey Roberson; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Frank worked for Busy Bee Towing for decades and the owners Jerry and Linda Barnes were dear friends to Frank. He loved cooking, fishing and hunting, but most of all he loved spoiling his wife. Frank was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew him.
