Frank Offner, age 92, of Dayton and formerly of San Diego, CA, passed away on February 12, 2017.
He was born on September 19, 1924 in New Orleans to the late Philip & Margaret Offner.
Frank served in the Army Air Force during WWII. Frank was a Field Director for the Red Cross in Nuremberg, Germany. He was a teacher for 35 years, during which he taught special education in elementary school and English as a second language at college.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Genevieve Offner; daughter, Suzanne Offner; and son, Philip Offner.
