Francis J. Perone, Jr.

Francis J. Perone, Jr., age 89 of Dayton, formerly of Worthington, passed away January 14, 2013. He was born March 10, 1923 in Columbus to the late Francis J. and Marie Perone, Sr. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his brother, James Albert Perone.
Frank is survived by his wife of 62 years, Julia Perone; sons: Francis Marion Perone and Philip (Brenda) Perone; grandson, Aaron Levi Perone; great grandson, Joshua Perone; and brother, Thomas Perone.
Frank was a veteran of the U.S Army, having served in the 79th Airdrone Squadron, WWII. Retired from White Castle as a Tool & Die Maker.
A graveside service and military honors will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 18, 2013 at St. Joseph Cemetery, Columbus. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Frank's name to either the Central Ohio Parkinson's Society or to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton.
