Francis P. "Frank" Aquilino, age 80 of Centerville, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2016. He was born in Lorain, OH to the late Peter and Amelia Aquilino. Frank retired from Grange Insurance after many years as an insurance adjuster. Before joining Grange Insurance, Frank worked as a police officer (Lorain,OH) and a car salesman (Dayton, OH). In his retirement, he worked at Walmart as a greeter.
He was a loyal Cleveland Browns, Indian's and Ohio State fan. Frank was a past Grand Knight of the Knight's of Columbus, Counsel 554 and a member of the Miamisburg Moose Lodge for 26 years. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by step-daughter, Cathy Reichenbach.
Frank leaves behind to cherish his memory, wife of 30 years, Carole Aquilino; children, Joy (John) Hastings; step-children, Steve Hatfield, Vicki (Jody) Nodo, and Beth (Charles) Bennethum; grandchildren, Cassidy, Cole, Dan, Meghan, Lauren, Kellie, David, Tiffani, and Corey; great-grandson, Rylan; sister, Roslyn (Joe) Novak; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel, at 6pm. The family will greet friends and loved ones for 2 hours prior (4pm-6pm).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Francis' memory to the American Cancer Society.
