Frances A. Williams

Frances A. Williams "Nan", age 77 of New Carlisle, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2018 at The Hospice of Dayton. She was born August 31, 1941 in Graham County, NC to the late Woodrow and Annie Audrey (Turpin) Jones. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Jones; daughter, Penny Alene Williams and great-granddaughter, Willow Leila Duncan.

She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Jimmy D. Williams; children, James Williams, Teri Branham and Donna Bentrup (Marty Greenwald); grandchildren, Karla Bentrup (Joey Cunningham), Krista Bentrup (Ross Duncan), Austin Williams and Megan (Andrew) Granato; great-grandchildren, Kendra, Karson, Poet, Wyatt, Odin and Oakley; special friend, Lacey; adopted son, Jamie Brown; siblings, John H. Jones and Cathy Gamble.

Frances loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Frances retired from Vienna Beauty Products after many years of loyal service. Nan enjoyed cooking, going to the casino, clogging, bowling, ceramics and attending car shows over the years with family and friends. Frances was an avid outdoorsman, having went camping, fishing and boating every summer for over 20 years.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her granddaughter, Karla, who was her biggest advocate and closest friend.

Nan was best known for showing her support and love to everyone and was a mother to all.

A Celebration of Nan's Life will be held from 2-6 PM on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 6535 Fishburg Rd., Huber Heights, OH 45424 (behind church at celebration hall).
