Frances L. Pennington, age 73, passed away December 18, 2013. She was born July 24, 1940 in Dayton to the late Leroy Haught and Frances Smith. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by two sisters: Patricia Cole and Peggy Foman.
Frances is survived by her children: Carrie Jones, Cammie Jones and Larry Jones, II; 7 grandchildren: Angel (Scott) Stanifer, Brandy Porter, Amber Porter, Erica (Joseph) Cusick and Felicia (Billy) Dean, Aimee Bailey and Steven Burke; 15 great grandchildren; and sister, Susan Dilley.
Frances was a property manager at Waynedale Circle Apartments.
At her request, there will be no services. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road.
