Frances Alene Goode, age 97, of Dayton passed away on September 29, 2023. She was born in Mercer, Kentucky on July 29, 1926 to the late Truman and Beatrice Sorrels. In addition to her parents, Frances is preceded in death by her loving husband, Allen and brothers, Robert Sorrels, Jeep Sorrels and Charlie Sorrels.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Joy Goode, Shirley (Jerry) Mullikin; grandchildren, Kirk (Casey) Goode, David (Melissa) Vaughn; great-grandchildren, Eli Goode, David (Rachel) Vaughn Jr., Nathan Vaughn, Gabriel Vaughn-Sebastian; great-great granddaughter, Elaina Vaughn; along with many other family and friends.
