Age 73, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at Wood Glenn Nursing Center.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Karen Brown; her parents, Haskett & Amanda Callison; and by her biological parents, William & Harriett Carl.
Frances is survived by her husband of the past 53 years, Francis L. Brown; two sons, Mark & his wife Susan and Jeffrey & his wife, Diana Brown; two grandchildren, Amanda and Alan Brown; two sisters, Harriett (William) Marsh and Lois Nicely; and by her sister-in-law, Beverly (Rev. Wiley) Perkins.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. TODAY at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, at the funeral home with interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery, Dayton. Pastor Tim Hamilton will officiate.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Dayton for their dedication, care and love. They would also like to thank the staff of Wood Glenn for their long and loving care.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Frances to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of Dayton.
