Frances Davis

Frances Davis, age 77, of Dayton, passed away March 5, 2025. She was born November 25, 1947 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Elizabeth Miller and Raymond Walker; husband, Clarence Davis; daughters: Deborah Davis and Rossetta Davis; brother and sisters: Dickie Miller, Marlene Helton and Darlene Miller.

Frances is survived by her children: Clarissa Davis, Clarence Davis, Jr., Audrey Davis and Libby Davis; grandchildren: Meeka, Kristin, Tamara, Robert IV, Jonathan, David, Clifford, Casey, Tyler, Destiny, Courtney, Brentley and Dustin; many great-grandchildren; brother and sisters: Flora Jean, Sharon and Pastor Miller; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Frances was a member of Pentecostals of Dayton Church. She loved going to church, singing, and taking care of her grandchildren. She enjoyed going on road trips, making blankets and writing poems. Frances never met a stranger, had a heart of gold and always helped those in need.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 - 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Pentecostals of Dayton Church, 168 Avondale Drive, Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 5:00 pm. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 17 at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
