Frances Louise Allen

Frances Louise Allen, age 94, longtime resident of Dayton, passed away on July 13, 2021. She was born in Cedarville, Ohio, on October 2, 1926, the daughter of the late Marion and Lucille Hubbard Peterson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Robert Allen; siblings, Russel Peterson, Robert J. Peterson, Michael J. Peterson, Mary Ellen Nelson, Jeannette Crosswhite, Doris Banks and Ruth Coleman.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Maurice L. (Rita) Ellicott, Donald A. Ellicott and Rachelle L. (Cyrus) Davis; sister, Evelyn Schooler; and many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00am-10:00am, on Friday, July 23, 2021, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, where Funeral Services will begin at 10:00am. Burial will be held on Monday, July 26, 2021, at 10:00am, at Dayton National Cemetery.
