Jerry was born in Dayton on July 23, 1935.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Agnor.
Jerry is survived by his daughter, Kelly Conley; grandchildren, Nicole (Victor) Cobb and Shawn Conley; great-grandchildren, Evan, Trayvonn and Jordan; and brother, Gary Agnor.
