Floyd Sullivan Jr., age 85, of Centerville, OH passed away Sunday September 29, 2013.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Nancy Sullivan; children, Michael Floyd (Brenda) Sullivan, Connie Sue Back, Brenda Lynn (Chester) Parker, and Brian Keith (Lori) Sullivan; grandchildren, T.J., Chrystal, Tawana, Trint, Levi, Jessica, Matt, and Jenna; 13 great grandchildren; and sisters, Margaret and Marie.
Floyd was a horse trainer for 57 years and was inducted in the Dayton Horse Show Hall of Fame in 2006. He judged horse shows for many years in the Tri-State area.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. David Page of Miamisburg Family Practice and DaVita Dialysis Center of Moraine.
Visitation is Wednesday October 2, 2013 from 1pm to 2pm with memorial service starting at 2pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heartland Hospice.
