Flora B. Phillips, 83, of Dayton passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at Hospice of Dayton.
Flora was born on March 31, 1930, in Dayton to the late Joseph and Dorothy (Holmes) Miller.
She worked at Philips Industries.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her by her husband, Allen Phillips and her sister, Wanda Smith; brother, Gene Miller.
Flora is survived by her children, Allen W. Phillips Jr., John W. Phillips, Cynthia M. Warden; brothers, John Miller, Joe Miller; sister, Lois Riley; Christine, Kelly, Traci, Grat, Sydney; several great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and many good friends.
Her Graveside Service will be held 11:00 am Thursday at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in New Carlisle, OH.
