Flora Inez Brannan

Flora Inez Brannan, age 77 of Xenia, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022. She was born November 2, 1944 in McDermott, Ohio, the daughter of the late Tracy and Margaret Crabtree.

Flora was a devout member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Lodge 1689. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends vacationing, watching Korean romance shows, listening to bands at the club while dancing the night away and chasing the elusive big jackpot at the casino. She especially loved her time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Denver Brannan and siblings, Homer (Loretta) Crabtree, Florence Lute, Janice Thomas, Linda Chambliss & Roger Crabtree.

Flora is survived by her children, Mary Brannan, Kimberly Volkman, Lisa (Greg) McClure & Daniel (Jennifer) Brannan; grandchildren, Amanda (Zach) Grubb, Aaron McClure & Grady Brannan; great grandchildren, Denver & Jasper Grubb; brother, Ralph Crabtree and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Lodge 1689 in Xenia, Ohio on November 17, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Flora will be inurned next to her loving husband in a private ceremony the following day.
