Flora A. Tincher

TINCHER, Flora A., age 66, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2009. She is preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Delores Hickey; brothers, Bob, Bill, Eddie, and Jerry Hickey, and sister, Sue Puckett. Flora is survived by her husband of 47 years, William Tincher; children, William (Kara) Tincher, Jr., Darla Tincher, and Gary Tincher; grandchildren, Adam, Hannah, Ryan, Alex, and Abby Tincher; sisters, Margaret Slover, Gloria Bennett, and Mary "Peachie" Black, and extended family, Penny Tincher. Flora was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, whom will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 30, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment to follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville. Family will receive friends from 3:00 – 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Life Connection of Ohio.
