Faye Tarter

Tarter, Faye E., age 87, of Riverside, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2007 at Grandview Hospital. She was born May 28, 1920, the daughter of Luther D. & Judith Minx. She retired from the Mad River Twp. School System where she had been employed as a secretary. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edwin B. Tarter. Survivors include her son, Dean (Vicki) Tarter of Fairborn; grandchildren, Rachel, Jon, Heather, and Dean II; great grandchildren, Dominic and Alexis; and numerous nieces. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Xenia. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6-8 PM.
