Everett Mullins, Jr.
Age 69, of Huber Heights, went home to be with his Savior, The Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 12, 2011.
Everett was preceded in death by his parents, Everett & Carrie (Stacy) Mullins.
He is survived by his wife of the past 51 years, Joyce E. Mullins; three sons, Marcus (Diana), Christopher (Elizabeth) & Spencer (Janelle) Mullins; five grandchildren, Trevor, Darien, Serenity, Caleb & Catherine; three brothers, James (Lois), Raymond (Joyce) & Hubert (Joann) Mullins; and by his extended family & many good friends.
Everett retired from General Motors with 35 years of service. He was a talented wood worker & furniture maker, and was a gifted artist working with oils, acrylics and sketching.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Services will be held at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m., Thursday with Pastor Jerry Haupt officiating. Interment will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
