Everett Kitchen

KITCHEN, Everett, O, 82 of Riverside passed away April 21, 2005. He was born May 6, 1922 in Andersonville, Ohio the Son of Andrew and Martha Large Kitchen. He was Preceded in death by his Parents, Three Brothers, Luther, Herman and Howard Kitchen, Two Sisters, Jettie Lauerman and Essie Overman of Chillicothe, Ohio He is survived by his Wife Ruth of 54 years, two Sons Paul E. and John W. (Barbara) Kitchen, One Daughter Joyce E. Kitchen, Grandson Justin W. Kitchen and Step-Grandson Robert Frantz, Granddaughter Amanda R. Brunner of Dayton, Ohio. Everett was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Kettering Ohio. He was a Naval Veteran of WWII serving 39 months. He was a holder of the Asiatic Pacific medal. with One Star, the Victory Medal and Good Conduct Medal. He retired from Wright Patterson Air force Base in 1987 as Airfield Operations Officer after 34 years of service. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 26, 2005; Visitation will be from 12 to 1:00 P.M. the same day. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery of Dayton.
