Everdean Tincher

Everdean Tincher, age 85 of West Carrollton, passed away Friday, September 26, 2008. She was born in Jackson County KY on December 6, 1922, to the late Tom and Ruby Hays. Everdean loved to cook and loved her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her sisters Bessie Morris, Minnis Ingram, and Peggy Ingram; brothers Elbert Hays and Jack Hays. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Hugh Tincher; daughter Sue (Wayne) Smith; son Jack (Linda) Tincher; 3 grandchildren Jenny (Jason) Holp, Jason (Heather) Smith and Justin (Yvonne) Smith; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters Sada (David) Smith and Shirley (James) Whicker; brothers Delbert (Helen) Hays, Fred (Barbara) Hays, Herschel (Oakley) Hays and Eldon (Cindy) Hays; and many other friends and relatives. Everdean was a member of the Miami Shores Baptist Church (4000 Vance Rd, Moraine, OH 45439), where the family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 from 11:00am-1:00pm. The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
