WEST, Evelyn Rogers, 82 of Beavercreek passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011 peacefully at her home. She was born in Ducktown, TN.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband Charles H. West, Sr.; brothers Emerson, Hoyt, and Jay Rogers; and sister Mildred Leonard. She is survived by her sons Charles H. (Alison) West, Jr. and Robert A. (Heather) West; grandchildren James A. and Morgan E. West; brother Charles Rogers; sister Opal Bobo; and many other family and friends.
She was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, of Beavercreek. Evelyn was active in the Beavercreek Senior Citizen Group and Chrysler Golden Agers.
Family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00AM Tuesday, January 3, 2012 with services to follow at 11:00. Burial will be held at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery.
