Evelyn M. Poore, age 86, of Dayton passed away February 12, 2018.
She was born December 5, 1931 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Louis and Alice (Volk) Arnett.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; husband William M. Poore in 1971; brother Phillip Louis Arnett; sisters Rose Galloway and Katherine Younce.
She is survived by her children Barbara Poore, Debra Poore, William (Jeannie) Poore and Karen Poore all of Dayton; granddaughters Christy (Joe) Phann and Amanda Poore; great granddaughter Aaliyah Matson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery in Dayton.
Evelyn's family will greet friends from 9-11:00 am on Tuesday at the funeral home.
