Evelyn Pompos

POMPOS, Evelyn, K., age 84, of Kettering, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2008. Evelyn attended St. Mary's Grade School in Dayton, and retired as Administrative Assistant to the General Manager of Delco Air after a 40 year secretarial career with General Motors.

Evelyn is survived by her sister: Dorothy "Dottie" Jenkins; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, great great nephews, family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Albert "Al" Pompos; brother: Alfred Krieger; and sister: Elizabeth "Betty" Radabaugh.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, November 24, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering with Reverend Peter Courlas officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until time of services. Entombment will be held privately at Davids Cemetery in Kettering.
