Evelyn Jones, age 73 of Huber Heights, went home to be with the Lord on August 20, 2013. She was born August 26, 1939 in Baltimore, MD to the late Lonnie and Alberta McCoy. In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her brother, William McCoy.
Evelyn is survived by her husband, John T. Jones; children: Jeanine T. Jones, Michelle Y. Jones and Denelle E. Eads, and her husband, Steven; grandchildren: Kenneth M. Jones, Hannah Eads and Corey Eads; brothers and sisters: Lonnie Joseph "Joe" McCoy, Betty Johnson, Vivian Brockington, Thomas "Tut" and Tanya Griffin; many nieces and nephews.
Contributions may be made in Evelyn's memory to the Diabetes Association, Kidney Foundation or Alzheimer's Association.
