Eva H. Schultz, age 93, of Liberty Township, OH passed away Wednesday April 17, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her parents and 12 siblings, Raymond, Eugene, Carlie, Ercie, Neville, Ova, Wilgus, Ben, Christina, Katherine, Juanita, and Clifford.
She is survived by her children, Gloria (Max) Hopkins, Donna Schultz, and Larry (Beverly) Schultz; grandchildren, Lori, David, Ben, Zac, Pam, Cy, and Shelly; great grandchildren, Riley, Andrew, Regan, Jonathan, Brian, Landon, and Nathan.
Eva was a daughter, a grand-daughter, a sister, a wife, a beloved mother, an Army veteran of World War II, a great cook, an accomplished gardener, a seamstress, a teacher, a member of the Miamisburg Christian Church, a Gram and Grammy-Gram. She reared three children and guided them through college. Eva was a superior shopper, a fighter, the scourge of every squirrel that left a twig on her lawn, made the World's best chocolate pie, helped to defend her country at National Lead, and the Monsanto Mound Facility and much more. Eva was a survivor.
Visitation is Sunday April 21, 2013 from 2pm to 4pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Funeral service is Monday April 22, 2013 at 1pm at the Miamisburg Christian Church, Miamisburg, OH.
Interment will be at Maple Hill Cemetery in Tipp City, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Stroke Association.
