Euphemia "Fay" Cushwa, age 87, born in Brisbane, Australia and of Bellbrook, OH passed away on Monday December 24, 2012.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Cushwa; parents, Thomas and Mary Anne Sullivan; sister, Jean (George) Bollinger.
She is survived by her daughter, Ann Maree (Rick) Andrews; sons, Bud Cushwa and Michael Cushwa; 5 grandchildren; great grandchildren; sister, Janet Price; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins in Australia; and special cat, Effin.
Fay was a member of the Dayton Musician's Association Local #101-473 AFM.
Visitation is Friday January 4, 2013 from 6pm to 8pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton or your Charity of Choice.
