Eula G. Hicks

Hicks, Eula Grace (Dunn), left this world unexpectedly Monday, May 25, 2015 in Dayton, OH. Eula was born on July 14, 1948 in Dayton, OH to the late George and Lillian (Keith) Dunn. She was married to the love of her life, Logan Hicks, on January 16, 1965. They celebrated 50 years together this past January. She was preceded in death by her brothers, William Dunn, Danney Dunn, Charles Dunn, Orlando Dunn and Oliver Prater; sisters, Georgetta Dunn and Vergie Parker.

She is survived by her daughter, Rosetta (Daniel) Zola; her grandchildren, Korbin and Rhiannon; sister and best friend, Kathy (late husband, Roy) Henson and her nephew, Dannie Dunn that she loved very much.

Eula was a homemaker her whole life and devoted herself to her family. She loved to read, cook and thoroughly enjoyed shopping at the thrift stores. Eula had a big heart and her spirit lives on in everyone that knew her.

Her favorite color was purple and we are asking if you have something purple, please wear it to her service.
