Eugene Eaglin

EAGLIN, Eugene M., age 88, of Fairborn, passed away Sat., March 10, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia, 1 daughter Regina and his parents John & Sylvia Eaglin. Eugene is survived by his daughter Barbara Eldred (Richard) of Beavercreek; his son Steve Eaglin (Diana) of Madison, IN; 3 grandchildren Jeannie (nee Eldred) Riethman (Lee) of Huber Heights and Dick and Mike Eldred both of TX; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 2 sisters Ann Noblett and Evelyn Lucas both of Columbus, IN; 1 brother Kenneth Eaglin of Nabb, IN and numerous nieces and nephews. Eugene retired from G.M., was a W.W.II U.S. Army veteran, a charter member of Dayspring Ministries and loved working for the Lord by cooking and serving food to the homeless for several years. Funeral services 1 P.M., Sat., March 17, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Pastor Ken Day officiating. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday from 12 Noon - 1 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home.
