Eugene Davis

DAVIS, Eugene F. age 85, of Dayton, passed away suddenly Monday, February 16, 2009. He attended Roosevelt High School, and was in the Army Air Forces from 1943 – 1945 and served in China Burma India Theater. He worked at DELCO products for 30 years and retired in 1980. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Gladys; son, Eugene Jr.; daughter, Sue (Mike) Behr; grandchildren, Barb (Ron) Goralski, Chris (Wendy) Davis, Robert (Cari) Behr, Connie Davis, David (Lisa) Behr, and Judy (Stephen) Buchanan; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 3 sisters; 1 brother; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He will be greatly missed by his family. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday, February 19, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Services will be held 10 AM Friday, February 20, 2009 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery.
