Eugene Cook

COOK, Eugene V., 76, of Dayton passed away Monday February 22, 2010 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents Sam and Sarah Cook; son Richard E. Cook; three sisters and ten brothers. Eugene is survived by his wife of 55 years: Pauline Cook; children Linda (Tim) Hill, Christie Cook; Sandra D. (Kenneth) Nordby, and Roger E. Cook; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, beloved sisters-in-law, and many dear friends. He was a beloved husband, loving father, grandfather and great grandfather, he will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was a veteran in the U.S. Army with service in the Korean War. Eugene was retired, after 30 years, from Ryerson Steel Company. Pastor Randall Townsend will be officiating. Burial will follow services at Woodland Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio.
