Ethel B. Condem, age 90, of Riverside, passed away on March 9, 2022. She was born on September 8, 1931 to the late Carlyle Cooper.
She loved watching baseball, and her favorite team was the Cincinnati Reds. She was an avid bowler at Marion Lanes. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, and she loved taking care of her grandchildren. Her goal was to be the best mother, and she more than accomplished her goal.
In addition to her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Joe Condem; her brothers: Ted Cooper, Jim (Ruth) Cooper, and Bobby Cooper; sister: Betty (Bob) Dinkler; brother-in-law: Frank Condemi; and sister-in-law: Joey Condem.
Her memory will be cherished by her daughter: Vickie Skeans; 3 grandchildren: Sarah Skeans, Jonathan Skeans, and Dan Skeans; her siblings, David Cooper and Rita (Butch) Fitzpatrick; brother-in-law: Charlie Condem; sister-in-law: Rosie Cooper; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 9:30am to 10:30am on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 10:30am. Following the service, she will be laid to rest with her husband at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
