STARR, Erma M., age 94 of Kettering, passed away on Friday July 16th after a sudden illness.
Mrs. Starr was preceded in death by her husband William (Bill) Roof and Robert (Bob) Starr and her sisters Dorotha White and Helen Smith and her parents.
She is survived by two nieces, Gayle Turner and her husband, Victor of Dayton and Sharon King and her husband, Lester of East Camden, AK, and nephew Paul Smith and wife, Ruth of Kettering also several grand nieces and nephews.
She was employed as a bookkeeper for her entire life at several different employers. Erma was an avid reader and traveler to various places in the U.S. and the world. She also was in Women's Business Organization and Eastern Star.
Funeral services and visitation will be at Newcomer Funeral Home, South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, 45439. Visitation will be from 3:00PM to 4:00 PM with a memorial service from 4:00PM on.
