Eric R. Hanselman

Eric Robert Hanselman, was an Electronic Engineer who dedicated many years to his craft, has peacefully passed away at the age of 71. Born on January 2, 1953, in Fort Lee, Virginia, Eric's passion for innovation and technology shone brightly throughout his life.
 
Eric's academic journey began at Edgewood School in Trenton, Ohio, where he laid the foundation for his future successes. He later attended the University of Cincinnati, further solidifying his expertise in the field of electrical engineering.
 
Aside from his professional endeavors, Eric had a deep love for music. He was not only a talented guitarist but also a valued member of a band in Colorado. His melodious rhythms and soulful tunes brought joy to many and showcased his creative spirit.
 
In addition to music, Eric was a devoted sports enthusiast, with a particular affinity for the Phoenix Suns and the Cincinnati Reds. His unwavering support for his favorite teams created lasting memories and connections with fellow fans.
 
Eric will be dearly missed by his surviving family and friends - his mother Jean Neuenswander nee Henize, sisters Sharie Sword and Tina Collins, and longtime friend Tom Fleming.
 
He is preceded in death by his father Robert Hanselman and sister Dana King. Their memories will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing them.
