Eric Daniel Spitzer passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Age 37, Eric was born in Dayton, OH on May 27, 1977. He is survived by his daughter, Jenna; mother, Donna Spitzer Brooks; stepfather, Dan Brooks; father, David Spitzer & Vikki; brother, Brian Spitzer & his wife, Jenny of Austin,TX; maternal grandparents, Joe & Hilde Cernevicius; uncle, Joe & son, Joey Cernevicius; uncle, Fred Spitzer; cousin, Jason Spitzer & his wife, Kristie and their 2 children.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Clifford and Betty Spitzer.
Eric was a past member of Heavy Equipment Operators Union of Dayton. Eric was a loving, caring and generous person. He will be missed by many friends and acquaintances.
