Eric Bryan Calhoun, age 49 of Middletown, passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 4, 2019 in Berea, Kentucky. He was born August 19, 1969 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Annetta Fisher and Robert Calhoun, Sr.

Eric enjoyed taking many things apart and putting them back together. He was a master "tinkerer". Eric loved his family dearly, especially spending time with his grandson, Otis. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. He looked like a grizzly bear but was the biggest teddy bear.

Eric is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer Calhoun; three daughters, Katlyn Calhoun, Sabrina Selvage, Jessica Selvage; mother, Annetta Fisher; father, Robert Calhoun, Sr.; siblings, Robert (Kirstin) Calhoun Jr. and Tammy Calhoun; Grandson, Otis Hall and another grandson on the way; In-laws, Richard and Karen Davis; along with numerous family and friends.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where a memorial service will follow at 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation, P.O. Box 5014, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5014.
