Eric R. Anderson

Eric R. Anderson "Rick", age 58 of Franklin, passed away March 10, 2020 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. He was born February 23, 1962 in Cincinnati, OH to his mother, Paulette Evans and his late father, William Anderson. In addition to his father, Rick was preceded in death by his aunts, Carmelita Dundes and Dene Bogges and his nephew, Jerry Varney.

He is survived by his mother, Paulette Evans; fiancé, Debra Watts; aunt, Jan Warren, Sandra Harris, Michelette Wurster; uncles Mark Harris, Vernon Harris and Venny Harris; daughter, Kelly Hulsey; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, John (Polly) Anderson, Dene (Jeff) Darenkamp, Bill (Angie) Anderson and Donald (Dawn) Evans; nephews, Phillip, Tyler, Josh, Jayden, Christopher and Billy; nieces, Ariann and Nikki; special family friend, Marie and his Pilot family and dear friends. He also leaves behind his four legged best friend, Lucy as well as many extended family members.

Rick was a notorious prankster and everyone has been scared by him. He smiled continuously and was a happy person in general. If you met Rick, you would never forget him.

Family will receive friends from 12 pm until 1 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Newcomer Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd, Dayton, OH 45459) where a funeral service will begin at 1 PM with Pastor Dave Bowling officiating. Interment will follow the service at Woodhill Cemetery in Franklin.
