Emily Pendleton

Emily B. Pendleton, 81, passed away suddenly on July 25, 2011. She is survived by her twin sister Catherine McCreary of Springfield, Ohio, her sons, Edmund of Centerville, Ohio, Matthew, his wife Leticia, and two granddaughters, Megan, and Emily of Austin, Texas, Thomas (Barbara) of Madison, Alabama and many nephews and nieces. She was born on November 1, 1929, the daughter of Fred and Blanche Buffenbarger of Springfield, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Wayne Pendleton. She was a member of St. John's Church and was involved in many church activities. A Memorial Service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 141 S. Ludlow St. in Dayton, Ohio on Sunday, July 31 at 4 PM. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Springfield, Ohio.
