Emilia J. Vergamini

Vergamini, Emilia J., age 98, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2009 at St. Leonards Health Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years: Frank in 2003; and two sons: Robert & Stephen. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law: Paul & Kathleen of Jacksonville, FL, George & Nancy of Centerville, Thomas & Sue of Crescent Springs, KY; daughter and son-in-law: Lois & Allan Miller of Centerville; daughters-in-law: Barbara of Hillsboro, Shirley of Columbus; 21 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at St. Leonards Chapel, Centerville with Father Joe Rigali Celebrant. The family will receive friends at the Chapel on Wednesday from 10:30 A.M. until time of Mass. Interment will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, January 29, 2009 at Union Cemetery in Columbus. The family requests no flowers be sent, instead contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel).
