Elsie Mae Womack, age 74 of Riverside, passed away January 30, 2017. She was born September 10, 1942 in Dayton to the late Earl and Dorthy Gibson. In addition to her parents, Elsie was preceded in death by her son and daughter-in-law: Ray and Tracy Womack; brothers: Jerry, Raymond and Ernest Gibson.

Elsie is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bobby Womack; children: Deborah Keaton (Sherry Hegeman), Robert Womack (Rebecca Holden), Nanette (Philip) Sturdy and Terry Womack; grandchildren: Jennifer, Nicholas, Amanda, Nicole, Brooks, Josh, Connor, Sarah, Travis, Courtney and Austin; great-grandchildren: Julie, Riley, Joleen and Gabriel; sisters: Vivian Jackson and Martha Bozarth; brother, Elmer Gibson; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Elsie enjoyed playing cards and doing puzzles; but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 1-2 pm on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the memorial service will begin at 2:00 pm.
