Elsie Marie Persons, 89, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2023. Born April 16, 1934 in Chichester NY to the late Mabel and William Grant.
Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Harold R. Persons Jr, one son Randy Persons, daughter in law Rochelle Persons, one sister and five brothers.
Elsie is survived by two sons Rick Persons and Harold R. Persons III (Bonnie), four grandsons, two granddaughters and four great grandsons. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Elsie asked that we extend a special thank you to her grandson Harold R. Persons IV (Sharon) for his love and care. Thanks to Sharon for letting Harold spend time with me daily.
Family will be holding a private celebration on Elsie's life. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Dayton National Cemetery.
