Elsie Marie Hollon

Hollon, Elsie Marie, age 88, of Moraine, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2014. Elsie was born May 7, 1926 in Pomeroyton, Kentucky to the late Robert Clester & Marthy Elan (Murphy) Landrum. She retired from Kettering Medical Center and was a member of Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church.

Elsie is survived by her children: Lorene (David) Aregood, Fay (Jawa) Petrequin & William Hollon; step children: Treva Pittman, Velma Riley & Corbet Hollon; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; brother, sisters, family members and friends; and special friend: Mark Mears. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Marion Hollon and her step daughter: Wanda Kay Miller.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery in West Carrollton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until time of service.
