79 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at Hospice of Dayton. Elsie was born June 18, 1925, the daughter of John and Marguerite Shaeffer. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Calvin Hensley; son Jack C. Hensley; and sister Carol Heck of Cape Coral, FL. Elsie was preceded in death by her parents; son, Larry Gene Hensley; sisters, Helen, Winnie, and Anna Mae; and brother, Harry. Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, October 1, 2004 at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with interment following in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Elsie's memory to Hospice of Dayton.
