Elsie Hafner

HAFNER, Elsie B., age 93, of Beavercreek, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Joe; mother, Emma Bartholomaus; parents, Anna and Otto Morgenthal. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Nick Folger; granddaughter and her husband, Bimini and Jason Turner. She was born Isle Bartholomaus on December 20, 1912 in Germany. Elsie came to America in 1924. Elsie and Joe owned the family business, Morgenthal Dry Cleaners for over 40 years. At the family's request there will be no services, but in remembrance of all the baking, ironing and taking care of us she has done, do something special for someone in your family and think of her. If desired contributions can be made to Hospice of Dayton in her memory. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Dayton.
