Elsie E. Sizemore

SIZEMORE, Elsie E., age 75, died Saturday, May 24, 2008 after a brief illness. Born on January 20, 1933 as Elsie Eugenia McLemore, she is preceded in death by her parents, Everette and Marie; husband, Tom; son, Greg, and sister, Gail. Elsie is survived by her sister, Frances (Robert); daughter, Terri; son, Andy (Kathy); grandchildren, Mariah, Ryan, and Erin, various nephews and nieces, as well as numerous loving friends. After graduating from high school, Elsie married and then went to work for the National Security Agency. Later, she became a full-time mother and partner with her husband in several business ventures. After the passing of her husband in 1999, Elsie moved to Ohio where she was an active member of The South Dayton Unity Church and later The Miami Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship and various study groups. Elsie is remembered by all for her beautiful smile, irrepressible spirit, and love of cats, especially Oliver. The family wants to thank all of the wonderful people who cared for her. Memorial services to be held on June 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Miami Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 8690 Yankee Street, Centerville.
