Elouise Mae Turlington was born sleeping on Friday, May 09, 2014, at 4:05 a.m. to proud parents James and Gina Turlington.
She weighed 1 pound 0.18 ounces, measured 11.5 inches long, and was beautifully perfect in every way.
Elouise is deeply loved and will be forever missed by: her Mommy and Daddy; big sisters Ashley and Olivia; her grandparents Michael (Mary) Sparks, Linda Neitman, Catherine (Rick) Buzalewski; Aunt Donna (Uncle Chris) Genelin, Aunt Danielle (Uncle Ricky) DeBorde, Uncle Josh (Aunt Sarah) Comer; her cousins Elijah, Jackson, Emma and Hank; her great-grandfather Henry Neitman, as well as countless other family and friends.
Elouise will be greeted in heaven by: her grandfather James L Turlington II; as well as her great-grandparents: Hermon and Faye Sparks, Dovie Neitman, James L Turlington Sr, Joyce Hackler, Robert Dixon, and Gladys Shelton.
A private funeral service will be held at a later date. Jimi and Gina would like to thank the staff at Kettering Medical Center and Oak Creek OB/GYN for their compassion and support, with a special thank you to Dr Annette Bombrys and L&D RNs: Cindy, Caetlin, Andrea, and Angie.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Elouise's name to the Garden of Hope Fund (Kettering Medical Center Foundation, 3535 Southern Blvd, Kettering OH 45429 or www.kmcfoundation.org), which benefits Kettering Medical Center's Newborn Loss Program.
